How to use this scorecard

  1. 1Define your North Star Metric using the formula: Quality x Quantity x Frequency. It should correlate with user endgame and be done by your best customers.
  2. 2Fill in your GTM funnel metrics weekly. Assign an owner and a target for each metric. Use the 5 status levels to flag what needs attention.
  3. 3Review business health metrics monthly. Watch for trends in churn and NRR. These are early warning signals.
  4. 4Use this in your weekly growth review meeting (90 min): Wins, Big Picture, Scorecard review, Project updates, Issues, Top 3 Priorities.
