What we collect

GrowRockets collects only the minimum data needed to provide the service:

• Your email address (for authentication)
• Your PostHog API key (encrypted at rest with AES-256)
• Aggregated analytics data fetched from PostHog (funnel metrics, retention rates)

What we do NOT store

• Raw PostHog event data or individual user events
• Personally identifiable information (PII) beyond your email
• Your PostHog API key in plain text

Data encryption

Your PostHog API key is encrypted at rest using AES-256-CBC encryption before being stored in our database. The encryption key is stored separately from the database.

Data retention

Analysis results are cached for 24 hours, then automatically expire. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your settings page.

Your rights

• Access: View all data we store about you in your settings
• Deletion: Delete your account and all data with one click
• Portability: Export your analysis results at any time

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication session management. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.
