1. Agreement

By using GrowRockets ("the Service"), operated by GRockets OU (Estonia), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service description

GrowRockets is an AI-powered growth intelligence platform. The Service analyzes product metrics you provide, generates growth recommendations, and helps you track growth initiatives. The Service does not guarantee specific business outcomes.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Pricing and payment

The Growth Scan is free. The Growth Engine plan is billed monthly at EUR 79/month or annually at EUR 697/year. The AI Growth Sprint is a one-time engagement at EUR 1,997. All prices are in euros and include applicable taxes where required. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Projections and estimates

All revenue projections, growth opportunity estimates, and impact figures displayed in GrowRockets are estimates based on your provided data, industry benchmarks, and AI analysis. They are not guarantees of results. Actual outcomes depend on implementation quality, market conditions, and factors outside the scope of this tool. GrowRockets provides directional guidance to inform your growth experiments, not predictions of specific financial outcomes. You should treat all projected figures as hypotheses to be tested, not commitments or promises of performance.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your Growth Engine subscription at any time from your Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to paid features until the period ends. No refunds are issued for partial months. For the Growth Accelerator, a full refund is available if requested after the kickoff call but before deliverables are provided.

7. Your data

You own your data. We do not sell, share, or use your business metrics for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. When you connect analytics tools (PostHog, Google Analytics, Amplitude), we access only the data required to generate your growth analysis. API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. AI-generated content

GrowRockets uses AI (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your data and generate recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as guidance, not professional advice. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing recommendations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated recommendations for your specific situation.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to: violate any law, transmit malware, attempt to access other users' data, reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse rate limits or API endpoints.

10. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." GRockets OU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, without prejudice to your rights under EU consumer protection law.
